Stop paying your VAN
$1,500/month to move files.
We migrate small suppliers off SPS Commerce, OpenText, and TrueCommerce to direct AS2 connections in 14 days. Fixed fee. Guaranteed cutover. Savings start the day you go live.
After migration, you move to our platform subscription at $49–$299/month — still 70–85% less than most VAN bills. That's the full picture, upfront.
Your VAN is a middleman you're paying to stay in the middle.
Every month, you pay SPS Commerce, OpenText, or TrueCommerce for "connectivity" to trading partners who have supported direct AS2 connections for years. Walmart, Target, Amazon, and most major retailers don't need the VAN. They prefer direct connections. The VAN is there because no one got around to removing it.
They count on that inertia. Per-transaction fees that compound at volume. Annual rate increases averaging 8–12%. Per-partner setup fees when you add a new retailer. And a contract that keeps renewing because migrating feels like too much work.
It's not too much work when someone has done it dozens of times and packages it into a fixed-fee, guaranteed service.

About TebcoForge
Not a consulting firm spinning up a new service.
TebcoForge is operated by Andy — 20+ years in EDI integration and supply-chain operations across automotive manufacturing, logistics, and major retail supplier networks. EDIBridge, the platform behind the managed subscription tier, was built by TebcoForge specifically for small suppliers who are chronically overcharged by the VAN model.
EDI integration is the only thing we do. When you work with TebcoForge, you're working with the person doing the work — not a project manager who hands it to someone else.

Will my trading partners cooperate?
Almost always, yes. Major retailers — Walmart, Target, Amazon, Home Depot, Costco — have documented AS2 specs and dedicated EDI teams who handle this regularly. We manage all partner coordination; you don't need to chase anyone. On rare occasions a smaller regional partner is slow — that's why the guarantee covers 21 days, not 14.
What do I pay after the migration?
Your AS2 endpoint needs to stay online and your certificates need to be renewed annually — someone has to own that. We've productized that into a flat monthly subscription: AS2 Pass-Through at $99–$149/month (connectivity + cert management, no UI) or EDIBridge at $149–$299/month (full platform with mapper, dashboard, and alerts). Even at $299/month, you're paying 80% less than most VAN bills. We're transparent about this upfront because the math still works overwhelmingly in your favor.
What if I'm in a VAN contract?
We include a VAN cancellation playbook in the handoff package — your contract terms, a template cancellation letter, and a recommended cancellation date that minimizes overlap. Most contracts require 30–60 days written notice. We time the migration so you can cancel at your next billing cycle with no penalty.
Can I keep my existing ERP integration?
If you go to EDIBridge (Path B), yes — EDIBridge connects to most ERP systems via API or file-based integration. If you go direct AS2 on your own server (Path A), your existing translation software stays in place; only the transport layer changes. We scope this in the Day 1 discovery call.
What does the $4,500 actually cover?
Discovery, planning, partner coordination, test transactions, cutover execution, documentation, and 30 days of post-cutover support. On average that's 25–35 hours of expert EDI work. At consulting rates, that's $5,000–$7,000 minimum. The fixed price is possible because the process is productized and AI-assisted for all the documentation work.
What if the cutover fails?
We run parallel mode before going live — your old VAN connection stays active until every test transaction has passed. On cutover day, we don't flip the switch until everything's confirmed. If something breaks in the 30-day support window, it's covered. If we can't complete the cutover within 21 calendar days, your second installment ($2,250) comes back in full.
